Do What Works For You

On a daily basis we are bombarded with news telecasts, web images, and magazines that hold the newest diet fads, and why we should do those. Often times, the reason we are told to do them is because celebrities are doing them and are seeing results. Here is the part that they don’t tell you:

Those celebrities have nutritionalists, trainers, and chefs at their beckon call to figure out what diet is going to make them look best.

So, what does that lead to? A bunch of confused american women running around trying hundreds of different diets and weight loss programs that really aren’t made for their body. There is, however, an escape from this madness:

FOLLOW THE EATING REGIMEN THAT WORKS FOR YOUR BODY

Yes it IS that simple! When we follow the eating regimen (notice how I didn’t say diet..) that works best with our body, we are nourishing it with the nutrients it needs to survive, and be healthy. As a result, we look and feel good!

I want to mention one thing: Our goal shouldn’t be do look like a celebrity, our goal should be to look like the best US.
